Post Jam Dicey Update!


Lots of new changes!

This won't be the last update. I have more powers and enemies planned. Stay tuned!

Fixed the following bugs:

  • Dice glitching and flying out of the arena.
  • Unable to dash anymore when you get hit while dashing with a barrier.
  • Assigning powers to the dice faces occasionally causes the game to crash.
  • Chain lightning not functioning as advertised.

Gameplay changes:

  • Arena size reduced by 30%
  • Player's base speed increased by 15%
  • Dash cooldown reduced from 1.5s to 0.55s
  • Melee enemy HP reduced from 3 to 2, Shooter reduced from 4 to 3
  • Tank HP increased from 12 to 13
  • Added indicator for dice when it's off-screen.
  • Added brand new shielded laser enemy that blocks your dice hits! Destroy its shield with your powers. This enemy also reduces your damage by 50% while it's alive
  • Added 2 more levels.
  • Added combo system for successfully kicking your dice multiple times in a row while it's moving fast.
  • Nerfed Lightning - Fires a bolt of lightning that chains to all nearby enemies. Main target will receive the bulk of the damage while all other chained enemies will receive 1 damage only.
  • Buffed Laser damage from 2x to 2.5x dice number
  • Nerfed Heal to only heal half the dice number
  • Nerfed Smasher's usage count to half the dice number.
